Tom, Have you seen a reversal in the bpnyse, otc, 10week, bpopti,
hi/lo, 30week after today. I am amazed how often when the lows have been reached on the above and reversed up that the above index continue to move on up. However, it appears to take 4-6 months before they reach the 68% plus area.

From the past experiences as reflected by the charts a reversal in the above with the previous low would be the exception it appears. From the cheap seat subscription and going back to 1987 at the previous lows once the lows were reached the upward movement was continual without a further reversal. However, I am sure there was movement within the noise range. Right?

From you past experiences are my assumptions correct? Any thoughts?
