The daily stochastics have gone into the oversold range for most of the stocks I follow in the sector. The OSX has also fallen into the oversold range. Possibly within a few trading days if the OSX can stay flat to moderately unchanged, it would trigger a buy signal and be the beginning of the next up cycle. If at that time the OSX is higher than the previous low of 49 to 51, then I'll get back in. osxstocks.com
