I'm not sure I understand the jargon correctly. To me, it looks like
William Hawe no longer works at NT; he exercised all of his vested
accumulated options which were 240,000 shares total, selling 50,000 of them directly. That would not have been sufficient funds left over
to purchase the remaining 190,000 shares, so he gambled them.
Do I have that correct ?? Is this the same William (Bill) Hawe that
used to be at Digital ?? |
