The AHIMA show begins on 10-5-98 in New Orleans. Those attending the show should be able to view the Lanier portable dictation device delivered by NCI. Lanier's web site does not describe the feature set of the product nor is there yet a picture of it on the site. I would expect this to soon appear at that location and possibly on the NCI web site as well. This link dictaphone.com will allow one to look at Dictaphone's competing product. It appears to be the mystery product because no one has been able to find a real one. Hopefully, I will be hearing more about Lanier's and Dictaphone's products from those I know who are attending this show. Best to all:
