What are the best tools and resources for findng best trading plays daily, even in real time? I think this would make for a good thread on it's own, but since I am so new and know so little about it I'll just propose it. Everyone can bat it around a while and then either some answers will appear here or maybe someone will start such a thread in SI.
For instance I'd like to know of any software that screens stocks for potential trading potential, in real time or from last 24 hours activity, using various trading styles or criteria. Ie, plays at the open, plays at the close, stock price, price % change, price rate of change, volumn rate of change, spread, volatility, etc, etc. It seems the possibilities are endless. Maybe this already exists in existing software products or even online on a web site. I imagine it could be a utility in realtime software or could be a stand alone real time program. Other will know much more than I about this so please chip in. Thanks. |
