karma - 1.grammatical contraction of the words "car, mother" as in "Can I use your karma?". 2. the strange power by which like-minded souls are drawn to become friends or enemies on the threads of Silicon Investor. 3. any imperviously sticky residue which coats the surfaces of pots and pans when you accidentally burn a sugar-based sauce or glaze.
