To Michael in regards to your request on my thoughts on OCR: If you currently own this security, I would rate it at this time as a HOLD. If you are considering adding it to your portfolio, then I would say that capital appreciation from here is limited. 12-mo Target Price: $34 est.EPS (1996) $.60 est.EPS (1997) $.78 current P/E 49 There are better opportunities elsewhere. I recommend reviewing ADR/ADS (foreign securities trading on the NYSE--a few on NASDAQ). For suggestions--ck VALUE LINE at your local library. Diversification into other capital markets will spread the RISK. The appreciation potential of the US market is LIMITED in 1997. It will be a market of stock pickers in 1997.
