Concentration and the pursuit of high growth.(Quote of the day) Sig: When high growth is one's pursuit and objective then too much diversification is a big NO NO,it seems.For DELL investors it should be an easy enough concept to understand 'cos we already know diversification is an expensive proposition. Quote of the day by Scott Schoelzel Manager Janus 20. "When you're pursuing aggressive growth, concentration counts," Schoelzel is quoted as saying on the Janus Web site. "Because good companies and great managements are so rare, I look for high-quality businesses that have a long-term vision as well as a dominant industry franchise." No wonder the man owns close to 10% of DELL in his portfolio,eh?
