Have revenues per share increased? How many shares were issued which in effect dilutes any alleged progress? How big was the loss this quarter?

Many, many more shares have been added in the last months. Revenues allegedly increased, for some reason, but how are the expenses? Last quarter, didn't they spend over $ 2 mil more than they made? They had about $ 5.7 mil in cash. How long will that last?

Didn't they burn another $ 2+ mil since June 30th? Then they might only have $2.7 mil or less ! That means one more quarter and things could get nasty.

On the other had, it is nice to see revenues increasing, but is it too little too late? I suspect it is, but who knows? What is the quality of the revenues? We'll see when the 10Q comes out. It is then that we will know the whole truth.

I remember many getting excited about the Intrine order, or the NASDAQ listing, or the . . . Look how they ended up.

I think there is reason to be happy, but also much reason for concern.

If things were that great, I think Frank Peters would have bought a lot more shares than it appears that he has. After all, he made millions on his sales from not too long ago.

In summary, I think there is still a lot of serious concerns for this company, and it appears they will run out of cash before they make a profit. Although sales are better than I expected, the burn rate is much worse than I expected. And, of course, I don't know how they generated those revenues or what the quality of those revenues is. For instance, did they get a one-time payment of some type? Is a stream of revenues about to end?

When judging the present news, consider the past news. If the past news has not ended up being as good as expected, do you really think this time will be different?

With FTEL, I am always cynical.

I know some on this thread will scoff at me, but the future will either vindicate me or not for my grave concerns about their cash-burn rate, etc.

FTEL: $ .69
