Hi Daniel Schuh; About Tripp's arming herself to speak truthfully... Without the tapes, if Tripp testified as to what Lewinsky had said, she would not have been believed. She would have had the most powerful man in the world (after Greenspan) accusing her of perjury. With the tapes, no problem. -- Carl
