In my opinon the only shareholders left that have a sizeable investment are us,and of course fred won't listen to us or allow us to vote,therefore all we can do is wonder to ourselves how could this all happen,being we can't vote we have to blame fred for ALL the mistakes.Having said that and getting it off my shoulders I'll add a thought!With this merger there is no mention of what will come of the money if any from the lawsuit involving the contractor,will fred pocket the money or pay it as a dividend to us??? and what will become of Fantastic Foods???I refuse to call Jonathan only because he is paid to tell us what we want to hear.My source in Elko called yesterday and informed me that a corporation out of Salt Lake City Utah owns the four corners of the off ramp where FXWA is buying the Oasis truck stop[please note I said buying]checking with the county it appears the Salt Lake company is trying to subdivide the property.I've got an idea why but until I know more I will refrain from posting,I can tell you the main dish on the menu is Catfish.Also down the road in Wells Nv.there are two truck stops,the largest named Four Way,they have a small gaming area with about 30 slots and two table games.Good Luck
