If you annualize the last quarter's revenue of $1.3 million, price to revenue drops to less than 18x, not the 39x you cite. If you're going to count the newly registered shares in your calculations, you should count the revenue from those acquisitions. GNET revenue by quarter has gone up sequentially from 0.2 M, to 0.3 M, to 0.6 M, to $1.3 M, largely reflecting strong growth in advertising dollars.

The dilution from the newly registered shares is old news, reflecting an acquisition from last quarter. Anybody who is paying attention has already factored that in.
