In my opinion, the only way to ultimately make money on this thing is if it is ultimately sold to some other comp. Since everybody has award winning products and QDEK's do not truly stand out, I don't think they get a good price. Not to mention that they are not exactly in a leverage position based on their financials. Does management (a term I use loosely) have any experience in selling a company?
