Ole Mr. Plumber! "AENG HAS A PATENT" That's just it, The Count has it right. First off, the patent still has not been published by the US Patent Office. So 1) we do no know if they have one. 2)We do not know if there is anything worth being "in for the long haul" regarding "A" patent since we don't know what the patent covers. So for eggsample, AENG (if they got a patent) could have gotten one for friction reducing coatings inside the axial chamber. This may or may not be of interest to others and it may or may not give them a competitive edge. But the Count is correct, the patent for the general Axial Piston technology is ancient history. There are several.

As ever, the burden of poof (as in poof, your money is gone!) is on AENG with its lack of financials, $175 M market cap and NO (as of yet) patent.

What does in for the long haul mean anyway? Are you holding restricted shares?
