Regarding financing: Watch out on this one. I've been here before... Potential financing deals are announced that are not seriously contemplated by the financiers. The hype causes the stock to skyrocket and in the meantime the broker is busy shorting the stock. Then they announce the financing for whatever reason will not go forward, and the inevitable happens. This is how brokers make money on the way up and the way down. Can I prove it? Nope, but I've seen it too many times and I've always been on the burnt end of the stick. IMO, this is what happened to Western Copper if you want an example to look at.
