They are a takeover/merger candidate if the company wants to do it. I think they won't because share price is quite low, they are finally entering a cycle where royalty and new initiatives will start to kick in and for the 1st time they have shown enough confidence to announce a modest buy back of 500k when they are sitting on $20 million of cash + they did say that they are now going to be a bit more aggressive in bring investing community's attention to the company. On the other hand, if some one offers, say 8 bucks a share, they can have mine.
