You still haven't shown verification these sales occurred. You, in a simple manner, simply found a difference of outstanding shares Frank Peters owned at quarters' end. And has been pointed out to you, there can be a multitude of reasons for these reported differences.

Again, where are the verifications Frank Peters sold shares? My understanding is they have to be declared.
