There are two types of anitfreeze, one is Propylene and is non toxic and not expensive, the other is ethylene glycol, the color is green and is toxic...it is the same as used in automobiles and would not be used for construction...Isn't milwaukee in wisconsin??? and Choctaw in south Oklahoma?? Big difference in freeze conditions in any event there is incomeing revenues without construction! >>>>------------> (missed a Doe, arrow bounces off branch)
