Ok answer me this, if as you say: "Tires were invented many moons ago and patented, but every year new developments and technology comes out and the company that has that new idea patents that new idea and technology, So there might be several patents for tires and different kinds of tires." How many tire manufacturers are there? Maybe 5 or 6? Ok. So they get a minute patent that keeps their opposition at bay. The business is still an oligopoly in which there have been no new entrants for many decades. Same for automobile engine manufacturing. Got it?

As for the patent, Cornbread showed nothing. Maybe he saw it, but this thread has not. Burden of poof is still in your and AENG's court.

As for your comment:"Just like soft drinks like Coke and Pepsi, Mountain Dew ect[sic], all soft drinks with different patents." To my knowledge, the soft drinks company's have NO PATENTS, just proprietary recipes.

Some advice my man: get a spell checker and while you're at it, a brain. In for the SHORT haul, terminally yours, Matthew.
