hey doug arent you a lawyer? These guys have been trying to tell me that BCs affair (the affair itself not the cooked up "perjury" charge) is illegal because it is an employer/subordinate thing. But on my favorite lawyer TV show one of the partners is dating an associate who is 15 yrs younger and it says in the credits that the scripts for the shows are reviewed by 4 law firms in the LA area for correctness. In your opinion, is having an affair with a subordinate from the office sexual harassment or not (assuming both parties are interested)? Sorry for this TV show reference but since law is not my vocation I have very little else with which to dispute some of the claims here. Michelle
