Gateway is NOT NOT NOT cleaning anyone's clock. I just purchased a 9100 notebook with a CD/ROM drive and PII 266. The system was delivered with a IOMEGA ONLY DRIVE AND PII 233 CPU, GATEWAY charged me for a DVD drive which was an extra $280 and a 266 CHIP which was $58. I have spent the last five yes FIVE days trying to get the salsman, salemanger and even store manager to help me out, only to be directed to the 1-800 number that is always busy. Fifteen minutes ago, I left my Gateway at UPS and have called AMX to recind payment. I wonder why you say that GATEWAY is cleaning CPQ's clock?????????? Get real loser. williet
