There's never been the OIC onslaught, against one person, which Clinton has faced. You're right about the OIC law being a Democratic creation, by and large. I remind you I'm an independent. But perhaps we can agree it needs radical revision, or junking? It's application in Iran Contra also turned my stomach, after the fairly early days. I thought that investigation should END way before it did. Years before. Doug
