Here is where I located the patent for AENG. patents.uspto.gov It is the USPTO web page. Please read the abstract, it list some of the features of the OX2 that are different from other axial engines. I have copies of the old patents and they are nothing like the OX2, except that they employ a axial piston arrangement. May I suggest that you get a copy of AENG's patent, review it, and then lets discuss the comparisons to other axial designs.
