Binder, I STATED it was done at the urging of the SEC, I surely do not dispute that! If I was unclear in that, I apologize. As to what the actual reserves are, I guess we will all have to just wait and see. Since you are so concerned, I can only assume you hold an investment interest here...and if the current PR prompts you to sell that interest I surely would not blame you. But now you are really only faced with one decision...stay in or get out...that simple really. The real question is....When are you going to make the decision? Jim J
