Hi Everyone,
I promised an update this weekend and I will do my very best to do just
that. As most of you know, we (our family) have been going through quite
a lot of stress. Don't think for a moment that I have not been staying
on top of things. As a matter of fact, Mr. Murphy has called me on an
almost daily basis to inquire about my father and Jen's mother. TALK
ABOUT QUALITY & CLASS??????
Given the parameters of the "quiet period" rules it is very hard for Joe
to say anything that can be construed to be relative to the
aforementioned "qp".
I will say this and I do feel very comfortable in telling you this. Joe,
& the entire DCI management team are working on a financial plan that
would enhance our shareholder value. As a matter of fact--Joe has turned
down two offers already because he feels that he can get a better deal.
We are talking "big time" financing and "MY" best guess is that Joe &
Co. are talking with big time "Wallstreet" types. Do any people remember
that Joe was a "Troubleshooter" for Price Waterhouse in an earlier
life???? IMO, the market really is working against everyone right now
BUT, we have numbers, fundamentals have improved and every part of DCI's
business plan has proven to be true over the past several months.
NOW, keep this in mind!!! Just "Grupo Brad's" opinion---I feel that we
have ONE dynamite subsidiary in regards to EDGE. I, personally, have not
talked to Donnie Gross (PRES. OF EDGE) but plan to do so this week. We
just saw him bring in another $40M deal to our bottom line. I'll bet
that Donnie has other deals that he is currently working on as the
growth of EDGE has been explosive beyond my wildest dreams. I'm not
looking for that growth to stop here.
I will end this message with the following. It is up to each and every
one of you to make your own decision as to what is best for you and your
family. I have (and never will) recommend anyone to buy or sell, It is a
very personal thing and only you (yourself) can and should be held
responsible. I can only pass on my own "due diligence" and then it is up
to you to do a complete and thorough follow-up.
I will add one thing. When talking to Joe today--(HYPE????)
