Ken,
I know that my name is not Dave Evans, but it seems that you are missing something. Dave did point out LU as a stock to watch before buying, but I think that he recently posted a message saying that it still had not reached the point to purchase.
As for WLA, it seems that it has gone down in price only in the last three days, or maybe I am looking at the wrong chart. Why would you want to purchase a stock that is dropping in price? There is a time to purchase a stock that is dropping in price, the time is when it has reached the bottom and started in a upward trend. But if you want to buy stocks that are dropping in price, I am sure that no one will stand in your way.
