Randy,

I don't know who you are, nor do I really care. However, if you would like to talk to me (your nickel :0), I will be back in Virginia on Sunday. Email me at reecerd@erols.com to coordinate a time you would like to speak.

As to why GRNO/Microcap post on AOL, that is because Spencer and Bo only have AOL and seem to have problems posting to SI. I introduced them to the GRNO thread that I established on GRNO back in (June?). I've been doing this far longer than they have. Their posts are signed: MicrocapCC@aol.com or BFiore4054@aol.com. Pete, GRNO's engineer is the one that mainly monitors activity out here. If he sees something important, he faxes the info to Bill Carraway. And BTW, I "DID" receive a copy of Bill Carraways letter from them and if you received a call from Bill Carraway and did not recognize his voice, it is because you did not bother to obtain the investor packet and watch the included video tape. Bill's voice is very difficult to mistake once you hear it. Do your diligence.

As to the relationship that I have with Bill Carraway, I would say that it first was initiated in May, 96 when I traveled to NYC in regards to my efforts on the the MUCP newsletter. I met Bill who was there to give a presentation to analysts at the same event that MUCP was attending. Our meeting was merely by chance as I met at the post-event mixer and we struck up a conversation. He told me what his company was working on and the rest is history. I bought some shares in June, watched them go down (heavily involved with MUCP at the time) and realized that I had better do some major due diligence so I could make a rational decision on the merits of the company and the technology. I did and here I am. I do my shareholder newsletter for GRNO, and have transferred much of my gains from MUCP to my GRNO position. Now I sit patiently waiting, and providing whatever advice I can on how to reach out to the online investor community.

That's about it, nothing less, nothing more.

Now what is your connection with this stock?? And why can't you seem to do the same due diligence that many of the rest of us have been doing?? Are you short? Long? Hoping to create enough distrust that you might be able to load up at a lower price?

What is your angle?

Regards,

Ron

PS: TO the rest of you. I, also, have been burned on a number of stocks. BCHP, SNCG, MU.. to name a few. That is the main reason that I got involved in doing this so that I can provide (and receive) a variety of opinions and angles on finding and investing in Speculative stocks.
