AMEN Seth! I was stunned when I saw that post -- and thrilled... CUSTOMER SERVICE is not found here anymore. I used to post suggestions in the Welcome to SI thread here and at times, within a couple of days, the SI boys would have the change made. I thought I was in heaven. Then, something happened... something went to their heads... they thought they could play 'god' with the rules. Now, even tho I read the threads at times, it is with a heavy heart... it just isn't the same knowing what has gone on here in the past year. The ONLY reason I still read this thread (and others on SI) is that I KNOW there is still volume here... more people know about SI than other locations ... but that is changing.. and the primary reason is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which isn't found much here anymore. Mitch
