Treasury shares are shares which have been issued but acquired back by the Company, not shares that have been unissued. I would seem though that we are in agreement as follows: 3.0m public float + 2.0m insiders ____ = 5.0m outstanding + 7.5m treasury ____ =12.5m issued +37.5m unissued _____ =50.0m authorized The fact that insiders have so little stock is suprising. Agreed that any sort of orders, revenue and earnings will have a big impact on such a small base of outstanding shares. However, issuing 1.5 million to a PR/consulting firm will be very dilutive (23%) to existing shareholders
