Brady, I think that these scoundrels are going to make money using whatever means takes the least amount of work.

I think that trying to make a real company out of it is too much work. Ditto, an IPO - that comes too close to trying to make it into a real company.

If you are willing to throw honesty out the window, there are lots of ways of making money without having to be successful in a business.
For example, if you just plain don't pay your bills, and take whatever cash a business might generate and put it right in your pocket, you can make money until the creditors catch up with you. You could buy a failing business, and stuff your pockets for months before the well ran dry. You could short your own company's shares, and then do your best to screw-up and make the business fail. There are all SORTS of ingenious ways to make money while making it look like you are suffering.

Do I think this is happening with ESVS/ZULU? Dunno. Look at the history and you tell me how likely you think that scenario is.

Look, this stock has gone in one direction - down - since the inception of this deal. Do you think that Hayton and his cronies are losing money? Do you think they are suffering like PT is?

Naw - I'll bet they've already made a killing.
