Thanks for the ANWR site, it has some great info. on it. I will dig some more up on this flexible line. It could also be coiled tubing because Precision Tube are now making 6.5/8" CT with internal plastic coating.

3.1/2" and 4.1/2" CT subsea flowlines are also getting more common.
