Does anyone have an explanation for all the cash, U.S. Treasuries and U.S. agency securities that are being mentioned as collateral from LTCM by all their lenders ???? Why borrow money when you could use the cash and not have to pay the interest ??? Something seems fishy here. Am I missing something ? WS
