JDN,

John Rakoci sold his shares last year at about $6-7 before the big runup towards $14... (he bought them around $2-5; I think). After selling he kept on stating negatives about TAVA for weeks.... he seems frustrated for selling that early, it seems to me.

Today with a forward P/E of about 4.5 / 1.1 (Hannifen estimate for FY 1999); TAVA does not seem too expensive to me <g>.

Again, Y2k remediation work will continue for 3-5 years; and as this is becoming a pure sellers market (where are the competitors!? Only Raytheon mentioned; this is correct as far as I can see), TAVA can sell to customers with contracts for non Y2k follow up work in the works...

Regards,

John
