I agree the chart is looking better, but I'm still watching. When it starts closing in the mid 14s, I'll be ready to add. I think the tax-loss selling is over and if Flynn Nogueira's visit to Amati the first week of January brings good news---or even rumors of good news---we should be able to maintain at least minimal upward momentum until the promised press "the first part of the year."

Some insider *buying* wouldn't hurt, either.
