These 22 million shares are now unrestricted as of last Thursday assuming of course they were resticted at all. Is it a stretch to hypothesize that maybe whoever got those shares wants to sell them now and that the foregoing plan is the company's attempt to insure that the only selling in the market is from the angel(s) who made the investment last year? Again, just a hypothesis. 22 million shares, eh? My own guess is that this goes a long way to explain the resignation of the transfer agent and Mike Sylver's decision to take over his job. Good luck to those who may want to sell their formerly restricted shares.
