<The "signed company" would require the confidentiality agreement be enforced, so TT would have no leeway on site visits> Good companies would put news out saying this was the case ,rather just saying, they are trying to get the financials up to date as their excuse. Financials are the excuse , why would a company be on time filing their 10k and 10q , for previous years , and now they are late , rumor of missing money for drugs this is getting good. Maybe the Cima fund should invite a few tabloids along with them, just think of all the people that did DD on br-x until the final drilling program results came in , lol
