Jim
I am unaware of how much Mr. Weins has invested himself. but from a valuation and business context the amount is really irrelevent. What is relevant is what would the correct compensation package be for a qualified individual whether he has purchased stock in the company or not as President.
As for $750 million, this is not the value of the company, this is not the earnings of the company, but the projected revenues of the company. Although revenues are important, I would prefer to see less revenues and a profit than high revenues and a loss.
As for growing, that could infer many things, however, I don't necessarily give credit for acquisitions as growing a company especially in light of the fact that we have not seen profitability yet. Should we see profits, I will give Mr. Weins the credit.
For now I guess, all we can do is wait for the audited reports, they will tell the whole story about the past. As for the future, I suppose in the absent of company annoucements or shareholders meetings, we will have to continue speculating.
Good luck to you, I hope in the long run you reap your reward, but I am sure you would prefer it sooner than later.
