Dave.....I disagree on a couple points. Obviously, I agree, Famh is not a leader in their industry. They're one of a thousand little companies trying to be "the one". Most are just pipe dreams. What is Firamada? Basically, Firamada is at the bottom rung compared to the likes of Manpower, Kelly, etc. 60 million in gross sales is not in leader category. What is Firamada capable of doing? Good question.
I disagree that 1997 financials will have no bearing on potential investors getting in. Do you consider yourself a "potential" investor? Me? Posters on the thread? I consider myself a "new" investor if Famh post earnings of .1085 for 1997. I would be shocked and impressed.....Well, and cynical to, wondering how they jammed the first two months of 98's sales into 1997 records. Remember, revenues are recorded when billed. If .1085 were posted, wouldn't you look at Firamada in a different light? I think we all would. But the reality of the situation and a gut feeling I have is not conducive to buying large chunks of Famh stock right now. It was risky then and is riskier now, but, at least some bright spots are emerging now. I think Randy is one of them. However, in two weeks Firamada will set the wheels in motion with the release of 97's financials. If they post negative earnings, I think they will be sued by many, many angry shareholders. But, I think the company will survive this, deal with it now, and move forward. My question in determining my future investment in this company is, how far can Randy take this company? Yes. Randy not Arif. Arif can remain in the background,.....well with less shares of course, and let Randy run the show. He sounds honest, energetic and sharp. Does that determine success? Dunno...it's a good start, though. I liked the honest part. No more bullshit. I think from hereon in, we'll get accurate and reliable information from Firamada. It may not be what we want to hear and be a little rough in the beginning dealing with the past lies that will come to fruition shortly, but, I think Randy is taking the company in a positive direction. But, the bottom line is the bottom line. Randy has to bring the company to profitability or this company will remain JUST a pipe dream. |
