I recognize that public trading was halted by NASDAQ during the intervening days, but have no information on whether any private transactions in Premier Laser stock might be taking place over the past several months.

Can you point me to a source which would provide that information?

Perhaps the transfer agent would know?

Reason I think this is important to the issue of an announcement being "material" is that materiality is a function of federal law (or regulation) rather than a NASDAQ rule. Am I correct with this understanding.?
