EUTO Share recovery meeting goes well----------------------

JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 1998--Eutro Group
Holding Inc. (OTC BB:EUTO) announced Tuesday that as part of the
ongoing negotiations regarding the return of shares owed to Eutro,
management has scheduled a meeting for Oct. 1, 1998, with
representatives of Marketing Alliance and Wahoo International.
The obligation to Eutro of these two companies, at Tuesday's
market price, would approach approximately 20 million shares of stock.
Management has no indication that these shares of stock are held by
these two companies at this time and remains optimistic that this
meeting will lead to an early resolution of this issue.
Eutro would also like to inform the investing public that the
preliminary financial information will be released after the close of
trading on Oct. 5, 1998.
