Hi JB...

That patent is the subject of a lawsuit with Autoliv, who has provided Volvo with the "curtain" you have seen.

Interestingly enough, I have recently learned that a similar "curtain" which is also produced by Autoliv and will be in the Mercedes, is optional equipment.

That does, of course, compare negatively with BMW's providing the ITS as standard.

More to come on this as new agreements are eventually announced.
