Hi GC. Good companies would put news out saying this was the case ,rather just saying, they are trying to get the financials up to date as their excuse.
No, not true! NO company under a confidentiality agreement is allowed "by that confidentiality agreement" to make any comment about any facet of the agreement!
Financials are the excuse , why would a company be on time filing their 10k and 10q , for previous years , and now they are late , rumor of missing money for drugs this is getting good.
I am only offering a "alternative to the TT is a rat scenario" not making excuses for either inabilities, incompetence, or anything else. I just happened to notice that the thread in the last 30 posts could only come up with TT is the "rat scenario". I have just given longs another scenario that they may use or dismiss as garbage!!
Nothing more nothing less!!
( I am still not buying GE, so thats all this is, an alternative to the present thinking, right or wrong!)
