MRV is a US based Public Company (NASDAQ: MRVC) that specializes in Fiber-Optic Semi-Conductors, Laser-Diodes and Transmitters/ Receivers.
MRV was founded in 1988. NBase Communications was founded in 1994. In February 1998 MRV has purchased Xyplex Networks, that specializes in WAN solutions.
