John; It all comes down to what the property is worth and it's potential. IKAR hasn't issued a ton of stock since last September all one has to do is call the Transfer Agent. Have mistakes been made with regard to press releases they certainly have. One small example is instead of IKAR saying a 400 square kilometre concession IKAR stated a 400 square kilometer deposit Well if you look at the definitions below for myself both seem to apply to some extent but their is no doubt that concession would have been a better choice to use in the News Releases................ deposit something laid down <a ~ of silt> 6 : a natural accumulation (as of a mineral) concession a grant by a government of land or of a right to use it 4 : a grant of a portion of premises for some specific purpose; also : the activities or enterprise carried on concessionary The bottom line is that an extensive report has been done on this property with regards to the Russian Report and the Kilborn report does not say that the Russian Report is inaccurate. I am sure after Bre-x certain strict guidelines were put in place to protect investors. Was the press release on the Summer Program retracted? NO it was not... Did IKAR obtain 1 Million dollars in financing for this very purpose YES they have. Have the Debenture holders converted? Not to my knowledge (again one can check by calling the transfer agent). At the bottom of the last press release this statement was made; The Company is planning to follow the recommendations of the Kilborn Report by continuing its exploration activity to increase its confidence level of estimated grades of the Ikar deposit. Particulars of the exploration program to be conducted will be reported in a separate press release. We will see............... Again my opinion
