ND, I have said that my short position is based on the lack of revenues. If and when there are revenues, I will reconsider the short position. Yes I did read the equity line agreement and I am well aware of how such deals work. You might want to take a look at the stock price chart of other companies which have made such deals in the past for a reference (CFON is an example). Can you show some examples of companies which have gone on to success after such a deal?

Yes, I am behind in my REFR short position but it is a small part of a much larger portfolio and is not causing any pain. techstocks.com I have recently increased the position, but it is still not large. And I hope that neither you nor I have any "followers", everyone should make their own investment decisions and none of us are right all the time.
