George. I don't know if you caught the comments by Benson but he said the company has been approached by NO ONE. stock does not trade on any buyout premium because NO ONE has expressed an interest and Company wants to go it alone.If you are holding the stock for a buyout and not the fundamentals you are very likely to be disappointed.
