I'd go ahead and roll it now since TI shouldn't rebound much between now and then. Is your new fund mutual in nature or do they allow you to pick a specific stock, like a TI? Next Spring and Summer is when all the positive fire- works might begin. As soon as there is a sense that this current crisis has bottomed out, then I hope we are off to the races. This is my limited amateur viewpoint, to be taken with a serious grain of salt. JB
