If RNTK and TX can't manage to finalize the deal enough to jointly announce before their presentations Wednesday, I would tend to allow several more weeks. That would be an indication that they still have something to work out. If you have a reasonable position in the stock, it would be unwise to let that make you reassess. If you're vastly overweight RNTK, you should already be losing sleep over Wednesday.
