Excavating and pouring concreted during blizzards, snow storms and treacherous wind chill factors is not recommended. Winter delays do to weather conditions can cause havoc with all of the sub contractors resulting in much higher costs and much lower revenues. I do not believe that ARET has alot of this specialized equipment and expertise to be profitbale in the construction business during the winter months. Do you know of any projects that they have completed during the winter?? Best Regards.
