Not being a naysayer, but it seems that insiders sometimes buy to
support the stock price or influence investor perceptions. Since VLNC
has to remain above a floor of three dollars per the recent financial
arrangements, isn't it conceivable that purchases are being driven by
factors other than fundamentals? Appreciate your view on this.
